Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with key strategic partners across various channels

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or management consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or banking
• Experience in sales motivation and incentive alignment
• Ability to manage both high-level strategy and detailed execution of partnership initiatives
• Demonstrated relationship-building experience with cross-functional teams
• Passion for enabling underserved consumers
