Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Account Customer Specialist to support multi-million-dollar strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion the health and success of assigned strategic accounts by driving internal processes aligned with service level agreements
• Serve as a trusted partner for day-to-day contract activities across large, high-impact accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and support

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service, sales support, or contract administration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships across teams
• Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations and contract processes preferred
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
