Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Manager, Internal Federal & State Direct Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Review schedules and working papers for partnership federal, state, and local income tax returns
• Produce and distribute annual partner K-1 packages, including allocations of income and deductions
• Assist in the preparation of federal, state, and local income tax returns and manage tax audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Taxation
• CPA, Enrolled Agent, or other relevant certification
• Five (5) + years of experience in federal and state partnership tax compliance
• Prior experience supervising tax professionals
• Strong knowledge of tax compliance, research, and planning
