Conduct daily and weekly coding performance reviews to meet KPIs
Address moderate to complex coding workflow issues and lead project plans for resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Coding Certification through AHIMA or AAPC: RHIA, RHIT, or CCS accepted
Medical coding experience in a healthcare setting with leadership experience in acute-care coding management
Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint for client-facing presentations
Ability to use Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis
