We are seeking a creative and proactive Bilingual Marketing Assistant to join our team and contribute to our brand’s growth. If you’re passionate about marketing, fluent in English and Spanish, and eager to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a detailed social media calendar.
• Craft and share engaging content that highlights company successes and positive outcomes.
• Respond to messages and comments promptly to foster engagement and maintain strong relationships with followers.
• Share updates and posts to maintain an active presence, attract followers, and encourage interaction.
• Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
• Create visually appealing sales materials and simple videos to support campaigns.
• Write and distribute newsletters to keep clients and stakeholders informed.
• Develop content that showcases the company’s values, achievements, and services.
• Reach out to past clients to gather referrals and testimonials.
• Update the company website regularly to reflect the latest news, offerings, and accomplishments.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and newsletter creation.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and branding.
