Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Site Designer to lead site-wide design improvements and mentor other designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end designs for marketing experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Partner with Art Directors to shape the brand and visual strategy
• Mentor fellow designers and advocate for design-driven projects with cross-team impact

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product or service design, or relevant educational background with corresponding experience
• 5+ years of experience leading design projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams
• 5+ years of experience shipping end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across digital surfaces
