Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director to lead creative projects and mentor a team in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a creative partner to the Creative Director, leading concepting and execution across campaigns
• Mentor and inspire junior and mid-level creative team members
• Translate creative briefs into platform-native ideas and ensure consistency across channels

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a creative or digital agency setting
• Strong portfolio featuring brand campaigns and platform-specific performance work
• Experience managing and mentoring creative teams in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, communications, or visual arts
• Experience with automotive accounts (Tier 2 or Tier 3) is strongly preferred
