Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Designer to modernize and connect their product suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for key features across a complex product suite
• Partner with product managers and engineers to define and drive product strategy
• Build and evolve design systems in Figma, modernizing legacy components

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in product design, including enterprise or B2B tools
• Expertise in Figma and building/designing robust design systems
• Deep experience designing complex workflows with multiple states and roles
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering and product management
• A systems-thinking mindset with experience working across interconnected tools
