• Bachelor's degree in the Arts or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in book design or a closely related field
• A portfolio demonstrating children's book work is preferred
• A genuine love for children's books and understanding of reader engagement at different developmental stages
• Expertise in a Mac-based environment utilizing Adobe Creative Suite
