Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Machine Learning Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable machine learning models and pipelines
• Lead experimentation processes and validate models through A/B testing and statistical analyses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful products

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience implementing machine learning algorithms in production environments
• Expert proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Extensive experience building scalable ML pipelines in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithm design, and performance optimization techniques
