BIM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEP BIM Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM execution plans and standards
• Lead and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and modelers, ensuring timely project delivery
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to integrate BIM into workflows and conduct quality control audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience in BIM management and Revit modeling
• Advanced skills in Navisworks for clash detection and 4D simulation
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in additional BIM software preferred
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices
