Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff IT Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and implement advanced automation systems for IT infrastructure and business processes
• Lead multiple automation initiatives, guiding design, integration, and deployment across diverse technology stacks
• Collaborate with teams company-wide to set automation standards, best practices, and system architecture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, IT systems integration, or a related field
• Advanced proficiency with automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, Selenium)
• Strong coding/scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline management, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud platforms
