Information Security Helpdesk Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Support Helpdesk Contractor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with technical and business users to support incoming security requests and tickets
  • Validate user identities to protect the integrity and confidentiality of client data and infrastructure
  • Provide Level I support for user password resets and MFA onboarding, and assist the Identity Access Management team
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in an Information Security role or IT helpdesk capacity
  • Experience with Active Directory and MS EntraID
  • Fundamental knowledge of information security principles and best practices
  • Desire to learn and adapt in a corporate environment
