Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Mortgage Loan Processor to manage mortgage loan processing and closing tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare mortgage loan files for closing, ensuring all documents and services are ordered timely
• Prepare final figures and documents for closing, collaborating with escrow companies and loan originators
• Assist in training team members and support HMDA reporting and other special projects as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Three years of mortgage loan processing experience
• Working knowledge of NCUA lending regulations and mortgage lending concepts
• Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC underwriting guidelines
• High School Diploma
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
