Key Responsibilities

• Support live transcription sessions via Zoom, transcribing audio or written content in Somali
• Perform monolingual transcription tasks, requiring quick and accurate interpretation
• Ensure compliance with professional transcription formats and standards

Required Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Somali
• Based in the United States
• Experience in interpreting or transcription
• Degree in Translation & Localization or 5+ years of interpreting experience
• Comfortable working via Zoom and willing to undergo a background check
