Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales solutions engineering, technical sales, or technical consulting
Experience in SaaS, ecommerce, or Salesforce ecosystems is preferred
Strong understanding of web components, APIs, webhooks, and front-end development concepts
Track record of improving processes and elevating team knowledge
Familiarity with ecommerce tech stacks and common back-office workflows is a plus
