Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales (USA Only - 100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and directly manage a team of Account Executives
• Own and optimize the sales process to improve pipeline quality and conversion rates
• Analyze metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations, with 3+ years in a management role
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS sales, particularly in an inbound and product-led context
• Experience in creating and refining sales enablement materials and training resources
• Ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as Finance and Product
• Interest in leveraging AI to enhance sales processes and team efficiency
