Solution Train Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Train Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage work across multiple value streams within the Solution Train
- Ensure alignment between business goals, solution/product management, and delivery
- Drive continuous flow of value and remove impediments at the solution level using Lean-Agile and SAFe principles
Required Qualifications
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Experience working with co-located and offshore teams
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification
- Minimum of five years in Program Management or Agile leadership roles at enterprise scale
- Experience in delivery functions at large organizations or Fortune 500 companies
