Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Media Analyst to lead performance measurement and reporting for a global technology client.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and KPI structures across multiple verticals
• Deliver data-driven performance insights for content across various social media platforms
• Mentor and manage junior analysts while creating post-campaign recaps and conducting segmentation analysis

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social, content, or marketing analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in SQL, Python (or R), and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of social and community platforms such as Reddit, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Experience in translating data into insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
