Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Analytics Engineer to join their Analytics Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build complex data pipelines, models, and platform architecture for enterprise-scale analytics
• Lead advanced dimensional data modeling and manage dbt Cloud environments and data transformation workflows
• Mentor fellow engineers and partner with stakeholders to align data solutions with business priorities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or equivalent roles
• Deep expertise in SQL, dimensional data modeling, and large-scale data pipeline design
• 5+ years of experience with Snowflake or similar platforms, focusing on optimization and advanced features
• Hands-on experience with dbt Cloud administration and building CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
• Proven mentorship and technical coaching experience
