Dutch-speaking Influencer Marketing Specialist - Prague

We’re now expanding our influencer marketing team and are looking for a Dutch speaking Influencer Marketing Specialist based in Prague! Most of our campaigns are performance-based, with a strong focus on ROI, so we’re looking for someone who is driven by results and comfortable in a performance-oriented environment.

Your responsibilities at snuggs

• Influencer Collaboration Execution: Lead and manage partnerships with our current influencers in BENELUX region, ensuring seamless and effective collaborations
• New Influencer Outreach: Actively search for and reach out to new influencers who align with our brand values, expanding our influencer network in BENELUX
• Campaign Planning & Evaluation: Strategically plan influencer campaigns, taking full responsibility for setting objectives, delivering results, and conducting post-campaign evaluations
• KPI Ownership & Analysis:Define, track, and analyse KPIs for influencer campaigns. Regularly report on campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data insights
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with influencers to create a loyal network of brand advocates
• Social Media Trend Identification:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media in Benelux markets, leveraging insights to inform campaign strategies and influencer selection

What we are looking for

• This is primarily a sales-focused role, so you should be resilient, results-driven, and comfortable working with data
• Native-level proficiency (C2-level) in Dutch and fluency in English
• Adaptable personality and a strong sense of responsibility in all aspects of work
• Commitment to excellence, with a drive to deliver outstanding results and maintain high personal standards
• Growth-oriented mindset, with a constant curiosity to learn, evolve, and improve
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build meaningful relationships across teams and with external partners
