SNOC Engineer Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SNOC Engineer Team Lead to manage critical incidents and drive security programs in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements for team efficiency and client satisfaction
• Lead the development of internal security awareness programs and provide support for escalated technical issues
• Serve as Incident Commander during major security events and oversee incident response activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in SOC, NOC, or infrastructure engineering roles, with at least 2 years in a lead capacity
• Proven experience managing complex incident response events
• Availability to work extended or off-hours as needed
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, and CompTIA Security+
