Our rapidly expanding organization has an exciting new opportunity for a Director of Nursing to work in our outpatient clinic setting in Harlem NY.  We have an integrated care model and offer various treatment services to our patients including but not limited to primary care, pediatrics, women’s health, psychiatry, and adult health.  We service over 10,000 patients annually in New York City and have been rapidly expanding over the past 50 years we have been in business.  Please see job highlights below for more information.

Title: Director of Nursing

Location: Harlem NY

Compensation:  $145,000 to $160,000, DOE + full benefits package included

Responsibilities:

Overseeing outpatient clinic departments and involved with hiring for new medical staff members

Ensuring patients are receiving high quality of care

Managing staff and adhering to regulations from New York State

Making strategic goals and budget management

Developing and implements new nursing policies

Supervises nursing staff

Evaluating new employees through performance management

Requirements:

Associates Degree of Nursing

Active Current New York State Registered Nurse license

At least 3 years in a supervisor or managerial role as a Registered Nurse

Preferred experience working in community health setting or outpatient setting

CPR/BLS

Strong leadership skills
