Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sleep Supply Specialist to provide customer service and product information to patients and providers in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their needs and ensuring timely supply delivery
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate patient information for order fulfillment
• Educate patients on sleep therapy and upsell products to enhance their experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required
• 6 months to 1 year of inside sales and/or customer service experience
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred
• Familiarity with various insurance plans (HMO, PPO, Medicare)
