Job Summary

A company is looking for a Junior Technical Support Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Technical Support Specialist role or a relevant STEM degree
  • Work experience in the software industry
  • Experience using help desk software (JIRA) and documentation tools (Confluence)
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex technical issues
  • Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to support clients across different time zones
