Senior Manager of Operations - Wholesale

SKIMS is a solutions-oriented brand creating the future of underwear, shapewear and loungewear.

We’re disrupting the industry with our game-changing product and culturally driven creative and are looking for an Senior Manager of Operations – Wholesale, to join us in building the next generation of intimates.

This position will be focused on monitoring the day-to-day outbound order activity and inventory movements as they are related to inventory, returns and cycle counts.

Our customers are extremely important to us, and we want to make sure all orders, domestic or international are shipped accurately per the SKIMS BODY standard!

 

This position Reports to the Sr. Dir Operations & Logistics

 

Responsibilities

·      Managing all DC Wholesale/B2B activity, for outbound fulfillment%, cancelations, backorder and overall order activity with our 3PL SLAs, on a daily, weekly, monthly to meet our monthly sales plan.

·      Strategic problem solving with root cause investigation for order escalations, inventory issues

·      New account onboarding from a DC operations perspective and account facing compliance requirements.

·      Work closely with the SKIMS wholesale sales team and planning team for strategic alignment on channel growth and future optimization, ie Cross-Dock, case pack strategies, etc.

·      Organize and manage weekly, monthly KPI’s on all wholesale activity and reporting for weekly review.

·      Analyze and report on outbound shipping performance, capacity, and present actionable insights.

·      Build and manage SOP instructions for wholesale activity for best practices

·      Manage Chargeback reporting and root cause resolution with accounting

·      Align and implement best practice for wholesale DC and Concession location allocations for ongoing process improvement.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s degree or higher

·      4 days in-office at the SKIMS HQ

·      Experience in operations management, fulfillment specifically for wholesale accounts and activity

·      5+ years of experience in working with wholesale or internal sales teams for order management including order fulfillment, shipping, and routing requirements for international regulations.

·      Experience with new account integrations and onboarding practices

·      Excellent verbal and written communication

·      Has analytical skills, especially with Excel, ERP systems and reporting tools to make actionable recommendations.

·      Must be strong in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheets, Netsuite

 


$130,000 - $140,000 a year
