Situation Group, a global collective of digital-first advertising agencies and an award-winning nonprofit, seeks a Project Manager to execute a variety of creative projects from conception through delivery, with a focus on print and digital production. This role will report to the Executive Director, Production. The selected candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of print and digital production across a variety of executions.
The Project Manager will deliver high-quality print and digital projects on time and within budget, while collaborating effectively with internal and external partners.
Our office is located in midtown Manhattan and we are currently working in-office three days per week.

In this dynamic role, you will oversee a wide range of exciting print and digital projects, ensuring they are executed flawlessly from conception to delivery. Working closely with our Executive Director of Production, you'll demonstrate your expertise in managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Flexibility is key as you will coordinate with a variety of internal partners—which means you'll constantly be collaborating with creative directors, designers, and marketing teams to bring concepts to life. Your day will be filled with estimating costs, tracking project progress, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned every step of the way. At our midtown Manhattan office, which currently operates three days a week in person, you’ll also get to collaborate with external partners including illustrators and printers to ensure that our print executions shine as brightly as our digital campaigns. With a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000, along with an impressive benefits package, including generous paid time off and wellness resources, we truly value and support our employees.
