Site Start Up Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Start Up Lead (FSP).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive study startup forecasts and develop methodologies for Study Start Up Services
• Provide guidance and oversight to the Site Start Up team and ensure adherence to standards
• Lead the internal team to implement the Start Up Project Plan and resolve escalated issues

Required Qualifications

• BS degree or international equivalent in a life science
• 4+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Project Management, and study startup
• At least 2 years of direct responsibility in site activation and managing study startup processes
• Experience with country-level ICF creation and requirements
• Proficiency with software models and database structures
