A company is looking for a Site Lead Process Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-based consulting teams and translate strategic objectives into operational plans
• Oversee execution of client use cases and ensure measurable outcomes and ROI
• Manage site-level P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 8 years in a management role in consulting or operational leadership
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Adept with AI tools and enthusiastic about technology and operations integration
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA) preferred
• Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
