Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Administrator - L2.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across various modules
• Lead technical design workshops and define architecture standards and governance models
• Oversee implementation deliverables and ensure platform scalability and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 15+ years in IT, with 12+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow
• Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
