Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master INS (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates team progress towards goals and improves performance metrics
• Eliminates impediments and enhances communication within and outside the team
• Supports team dynamics and relationships with other teams while guiding the Product Owner

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant experience
• 5 years of experience using Agile/Scrum/SAFe practices in IT delivery
• Knowledge of Lean Agile values, principles, and frameworks
• Ability to lead change at the team level and manage conflicts constructively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Atlassian Agile tools
