Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to lead the strategy and implementation of a portal redesign.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess current ServiceNow HR Service Delivery portal functionality
• Configure and implement improvements to knowledge articles, self-service workflows, and ticket deflection strategies
• Collaborate with CX resources to ensure a user-focused redesign and deliver quick wins that enhance employee experience

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module
• Strong ServiceNow configuration skills, particularly in portal functionality and workflows
• Ability to deliver rapid, high-impact improvements in a short timeframe
• Prior experience with employee experience or self-service portal optimization is preferred
• Strong understanding of HR operations and service delivery best practices is a plus
