SERE Instructor Certification Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SERE/Survival Contract Instructor (NSW).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training in Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) and Personnel Recovery (PR) techniques
• Conduct realistic field exercises simulating high-risk environments
• Instruct students in core survival skills and evaluate their performance

Required Qualifications

• Must be a former or current U.S. military service member at the grade of E-4 or higher with a minimum of four years of honorable service
• Successfully completed an approved Department of Defense (DoD) Instructor Training Course or equivalent
• Graduate of an approved DoD SERE Level C course and fully qualified as a SERE instructor
• Prior experience as a military instructor with demonstrated ability to deliver training
• Must possess and maintain an active SECRET security clearance
