Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager, Paid Media.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the US Paid Media strategy and execution aligned to pipeline goals
• Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns, including awareness and lead generation
• Analyze performance and deliver strategic recommendations to drive pipeline and revenue

Required Qualifications

• 4 - 6+ years of experience in Paid Media with a track record in B2B growth
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms
• Experience building campaigns for Enterprise and SMB segments
• Strong internal collaboration skills and ability to partner with demand generation leads
• Bonus if experienced in SaaS, Tech, or wellness categories
