Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Web Strategy & Optimization Manager to lead optimization and growth efforts across their website.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the A/B testing roadmap, coordinating timelines and stakeholders for execution
• Plan, launch, and analyze website experiments to optimize conversion paths and user flows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align test ideas and content strategies with business goals

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web optimization, digital marketing, or content strategy, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Proven ability to manage and execute cross-functional web projects, including SEO and testing initiatives
• Hands-on experience with A/B or multivariate testing tools
• Strong working knowledge of CMS platforms; experience with headless CMS is a plus
• Experience with SEO tools and behavioral analysis platforms
