Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support communications and marketing efforts for the Department of Residence Life and the Offices of the Dean of Students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance in coordinating marketing materials and communications projects
• Assist in logistical support for ongoing campaigns and track incoming project requests
• Support social media accounts by uploading content and monitoring marketing office email inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency with social media platforms
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Experience with video editing, photography, and videography is preferred
• High attention to detail is preferred
