Key Responsibilities

• Lead global transformation programs ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
• Establish and manage a comprehensive program governance framework with regular executive-level reporting
• Oversee modernization of core platforms and coordinate impact assessments and remediation planning

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation or program leadership roles
• Proven track record in leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a global organization
• Deep understanding of data governance and enterprise architecture
• Strong change management discipline with experience in stakeholder engagement
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
