Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Services Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management support and documentation
• Analyze project risks and issues, and monitor project deliverables
• Conduct cost/benefit analysis and support ongoing process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing IT projects
• 10+ years of experience with enterprise content management and capture solutions
• Familiarity with DPS policies, processes, and workflows (desirable)
• Experience with large-scale electronic document management systems (desirable)
• 2+ years of experience administering and managing large projects (desirable)
