Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post-Acute Telemedicine Physician to provide remote patient care in post-acute environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complexities of caring for patients in post-acute environments
• Engage in cross-coverage cases via telemedicine to provide continuity of care
• Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss practice changes or updates

Required Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine and at least three years of hospital experience
• Minimum Compact/IMLCC qualification and possession of 4 or more active state medical licenses
• Prior experience in telemedicine is preferred
• Experience in post-acute or skilled nursing facility care is welcomed
• Preference for candidates with a California medical license and additional state licenses
