Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio
• Experience with enterprise-level design systems and proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles
• Experience mentoring junior designers and leading design initiatives
