A company is looking for an Associate Creative Director to join their Creative Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish design guidelines and review the team's output to ensure high design quality and strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide creative solutions informed by customer insights
• Lead the execution of design solutions for various marketing assets, ensuring timely delivery and excellence

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing design (print and digital)
• At least 2 years of in-house experience
• 2+ years of experience as a creative team lead
• Expert-level skill in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma and PowerPoint preferred
• Strong interactive/web design skills and understanding of UX best practices
