Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Thermal Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead thermal design development for advanced IT equipment, focusing on switches or servers
• Provide high-quality thermal proposals and conduct comprehensive thermal simulation analysis
• Interface with multidisciplinary teams and vendors to ensure thermal solution efficacy and manage thermal-related failures

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in thermal design, simulation, and test validation for electronic products
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Thermodynamics or a relevant engineering field
• Strong proficiency in Flotherm as a CFD analysis tool; transient analysis experience is a plus
• Expertise in heat sinks, heat pipes, vapor chambers, and advanced cooling technologies
• Familiarity with thermal measurement technologies and industry standards such as SBB, NEBS, and ASHRAE TC9.9
