Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to create, edit, review, and publish complex documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of documentation tools and create user guides
• Regularly update and publish documentation to ensure accuracy
• Collaborate with SMEs and other teams to produce necessary materials and mentor junior writers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in technical or process-specific documentation
• Experience with web-based workflow management systems like Confluence or SharePoint
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED is required
