Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Technical Program Manager - Software Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define strategy and tactics for integrating complex cloud software stacks and manage customer acceptance
• Lead project execution by scoping, assembling teams, developing timelines, and resolving issues
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams about project status and technical issues

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in high-tech electronics industry with a focus on program/project management
• Experience with significant software engagement programs, especially with strategic customers
• Strong technical background in software qualification and deployment for datacenters
• 5+ years of project/program management experience in software product solutions
