Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Subcontracts Administrator to manage subcontracting activities in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer full life cycle subcontract management activities, including proposal support, negotiations, and subcontract administration
• Develop strategies for competitions, negotiations, and manage subcontractor performance
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies while collaborating with cross-functional leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
• Experience with Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSRs) and subcontract administration
• Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting, negotiation techniques, and the FAR/DFARS
• Experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP
• Strong business acumen and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
