Key Responsibilities

  • Provides basic desktop support and troubleshooting for software, hardware, network, and telecommunications systems

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field (Preferred)
  • Ability to work in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex issues
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
