Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team throughout project cycles
• Identify business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and document as User Stories or Business Requirements Documents
• Evaluate workflows, recommend optimizations, and create test plans while facilitating user acceptance testing sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience
• Experience in all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile development environments
• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce platform configurations and business analysis for software solutions
• Salesforce Administration Certificate is required
