Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Trainer and Program Manager - Renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning requirements for the CDR team
• Develop and deliver tailored sales training programs and manage comprehensive training initiatives
• Create sales tools and implement outbound programs to drive pipeline growth

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales training, enablement, or learning and development in a technology sales environment
• Solid understanding of multi-channel engagement and customer predictive data tools
• Experience working with marketing organizations and knowledge of business development methodologies
• Expertise in creating sales tools, including playbooks and quick-reference manuals
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business or instructional design is a plus
