Senior Reporting Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Reporting Business Analyst - Clinical.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer analytic needs and align business requirements with appropriate analytic solutions
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Epic BI tools and Qlik Sense
• Mentor junior analysts and ensure adherence to best practices in reporting and analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or ten years of relevant experience
• Epic Cogito fundamentals and related certifications required within 12 months of hire
• Minimum of six years of experience with BI and analytic reporting software, including two years in EPIC Reporting Workbench
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of data warehouse concepts
• Experience in understanding end-user workflows and gathering reporting requirements
