Key Responsibilities

• Lead and build the Marketing Data Science function, establishing the roadmap and execution plan
• Develop high-impact models and analytics to quantify the impact of marketing investments
• Mentor and grow the team of Data Scientists, fostering technical excellence and collaboration

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of combined postgraduate academic and industry experience in data science
• 3+ years of experience managing teams of data scientists
• Proficient in Python/R, SQL, and cloud-based data environments
• Deep expertise in causal inference and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM)
